Three years ago!
In those 1,000 days
I went through a lot of personal changes
Grew my ghostwriting and coaching business beyond my dreams
And even moved to a new home.
What would have taken weeks took years.
I did very little sharing about the project
So I didn’t feel as much shame around it not launching when I said it would
Nor was I as stressed about the extra time it was taking to finish it.
Running the marathon was easier
Because I spent more time doing the running rather than saying I was going to race.
Whatever you are working on
Chances are it will take longer and require more effort than you expect.
Focusing on the spoils, being fueled by the clout, or doing the victory lap early won’t help you.
Taking quiet, steady action will 🏔️
